An initiative of the MSME Vertical, FLO Chennai Chapter. Under the able guidance of our Chairperson Ms. Niyati A. Mehta, we hosted a high-impact session with 70+ participants.

- Welcome Address: Ms. Niyati A. Mehta, Chairperson, FLO Chennai
- Context Setting: Dr. Geetha Premkumar (post-welcome) — framed the goals, "what to expect," and how to translate insights into action.
- Session 1: Mr. Sriram Sivarajan, CTO, Maatrum Legal Ventures — Central Government initiatives for women-led enterprises: eligibility and application flow for key schemes, common pitfalls, and complete details about each scheme etc.
- Session 2: Ms. M. Vidya, Regional Joint Director (Chennai), Dept. of Industries & Commerce, Govt. of Tamil Nadu — TN MSME support ecosystem: registrations & facilitation, departmental linkages, incentives/subsidies overview, and where to start for women-led MSMEs.
- Session 3 (Moderated): CA Anupama Shivaraman, Director, Shriram Leadership Academy; Past Chairperson, FLO Chennai — Smart money moves & timing: when to borrow (and when not to), cost of capital basics, working capital vs term loans, cash-flow planning, banker's view. Dr. GEETHA PREMKUMAR moderated this session and asked apt, pointed questions to draw out practical, chapter-ready takeaways.
